What will they do to the neighbourhood? How they will disrupt the streetscape and impact public space? Are there better development solutions? To try and help understand a wider range of DEVELOPMENT OPTIONS Halifax has developed images including both projects and a 3-D model / maquette.

There are no studies by the developers that include both proposals in one image, so we set out to create our own.
